We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Programs & Partnerships Manager to lead our initiatives in the Global South division. The successful candidate will drive the expansion of our projects in Africa and other international locations, oversee strategic planning, secure funding, manage operations, and cultivate impactful partnerships.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Programs & Partnerships Manager to lead our initiatives in the Global South division. The successful candidate will drive the expansion of our projects in Africa and other international locations, oversee strategic planning, secure funding, manage operations, and cultivate impactful partnerships.
Responsibilities
Leadership
● Lead the Global South division by spearheading innovative models for digital and economic inclusion.
● Develop, supervise, and execute comprehensive strategy plans to guide program implementation and expansion.
● Build and nurture a team of 2-4 direct reports, providing mentorship and guidance.
Fundraising
● Secure funds through grant applications, fundraising campaigns, and donor cultivation.
● Identify and cultivate relationships with potential funders to secure sustainable partnerships.
● Draft and negotiate contract agreements with partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
● Manage team budget and decide on resource allocation.
● Develop and manage funder reporting.
Operations
● Oversee operations across multiple countries, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.
● Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems to track program impact.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to create educational tools and content tailored to local needs; oversee needs assessments, benchmarking, and curriculum development to ensure it meets project objectives.
● Facilitate partnerships with employers to create opportunities for program graduates.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in International Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
● Proven experience in program management, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
● Demonstrated success in fundraising and securing grants from diverse sources.
● Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and financial reporting.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
● Experience working in multicultural and remote environments.
● Ability to travel internationally as needed.
Reporting Structure:
The International Programs & Partnerships Manager will report directly to the Executive Director and work closely with the Board of Directors to achieve organizational goals.
Location: Remote with projects in Africa (HQ in France)
Working language: English, fluency in French a plus
