Women Tech Power

Promoting inclusive recruitment in the tech sector

Today, women make up only 30% of the world’s tech sector – most of whom work in supportive capacities. Recent trends indicate that fewer and fewer women are interested in joining this male-dominated field. Yet Korn Ferry predicts that more than 85 million jobs might go unfilled due to talent shortages by 2023, representing real job opportunities.

In response to recruitment demands, our #WomenTechPower series discusses how companies can take an inclusive recruitment approach to attract women in tech.
