We’re thrilled to announce Konexio Africa is now officially registered as a non-profit organization in Kenya, a pivotal step in our mission to promote digital inclusion across the continent. This legal registration solidifies our base in Nairobi, Kenya, where we are establishing a local office, supported by a dedicated Kenyan board and team. By rooting our operations in Africa, we are deepening our commitment to the region and positioning ourselves to better serve underserved communities.
Our Nairobi office allows us to engage more closely with local partners and the communities we aim to uplift. We can now scale our digital skills training programs and expand our impact across Kenya and beyond. With the support of our local team, we are not only providing critical digital skills but also creating new job opportunities, enhancing economic independence, and fostering long-term growth in underserved areas. As we enter this new phase, we look forward to launching initiatives that will have a lasting impact on local communities, helping more people access the digital tools they need to build better futures.

Exciting new chapter for Konexio Africa! 🌍 Their work empowering refugees and vulnerable youth with digital skills across Kenya, Malawi, and Uganda is truly inspiring. With over 8,000 people trained and 84% reporting improved income, the impact speaks for itself. The SIARA award recognition is well-deserved! Looking forward to seeing their expansion plans and AI curriculum rollout in 2026. This is humanitarian innovation at its best!
